It is not an incorporated law firm registered in the Austrian Registry of Firms, the attorneys at law at GHP have deliberately refrained from incorporation with each other. Each attorney at law at GHP has individual authority to represent (as anyway prescribed according to § 21c Z 9 Austrian Code for Attorneys at Law (RAO)) and is as attorney at law according to RAO a member of its respective Bar Association. The applicable professional code of conduct (RAO and the Austrian Guidelines for the Practice of the Profession (RL-BA)) is available at the Austrian Bar website www.oerak.at.
