GHP advises banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, funds and fund managers as well as borrowers, issuers and investors on the full range of Austrian banking, finance and capital markets law. Our experience covers both sides of the table – lender and borrower, issuer and investor – which allows us to anticipate the position of the other side and to reach a reasonable result quickly.
Our advice ranges from corporate, acquisition, project and real estate finance through asset finance and leasing to capital markets transactions, prospectus matters and regulatory advice vis-à-vis the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB). We also act in contentious matters, including the enforcement and realisation of collateral or defending against it.
